In addition to our debt and equity placement services, debt4equity prepares and negotiates loan modification requests, defensive refinances and short sales for both Notes and assets on behalf of the existing property owner or the prospective purchaser. We have had good success in this area due in large part to our staff of former Fannie Mae senior underwriters and appraisers and the fact that we are able to determine the net present value (NPV) of an asset quickly and communicate that value to the respective parties in a clear and comprehensive manner.
