Elizabeth Wasley
Elizabeth joined debt4equity in 2008 as the Director of Asset Valuation and Underwriting. In this role Elizabeth is responsible for performing commercial real estate valuations, analyzing property cash flows, creating budgets, modeling exit risk, performing stress tests and overseeing all general underwriting functions. Prior to joining d4e, Elizabeth was a Senior Underwriter with Column Guaranteed, a wholly owned subsidiary of Credit Suisse, where she was responsible for underwriting approximately $400 million of market rate and affordable multifamily housing transactions for properties located nationwide. Before joining Column, Elizabeth spent six years at CWCapital where she was a Vice President and underwriter of Fannie Mae and CMBS loan transactions, typically ranging in size from $2m to $100m. Elizabeth holds a BS degree in Business Administration from North Georgia College. She has over 18 years of commercial real estate experience and is an Associate Member of The Appraisal Institute.
