Janine B. Soto
Janine joined debt4equity in 2009 as the Director of Multifamily Underwriting. In this role, she is responsible for the analysis of property operations, both physical and financial; the analysis of the property’s market niche and its function therein; and the analysis of all third party reports (appraisal, environmental, and engineering). In addition, she is responsible for the analysis of the Borrower’s financial position relative to each transaction. The operational analysis of the property includes analyzing property cash flows, creating budgets as needed, modeling exit risk and performing stress tests on performance.
Prior to joining debt4equity, Janine spent five years at CWCapital where she was Vice President and Senior Fannie Mae Underwriter. The transactions she closed ranged in size from $3,000,000 to $50,000,000. Janine has over 18 years experience in the Fannie Mae DUS program.
