From his early years working in the CRE department of two prominent international law firms in NYC, to being the closing manager of a conduit lender in 1998, to his years as an Associate Vice President at CWCapital and later a Vice President at FHA lender, Rockport Mortgage Corp., Dirk has made the most of his experiences and continues to bring his knowledge, relationships and experience to bear for his clients. He has been involved in hundreds of transactions over nearly 15 years and has earned a reputation as being a creative problem solver as a result of his breadth of experience.
Dirk served as a medic in the U.S. Army, holds a B.A. from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut and studied commercial real estate finance and development at MIT.
Dirk enjoys being a guest lecturer at local universities and a guest on financial talk radio programs.
