our capital providers
We have relationships with Lenders representing essentially all sources of commercial real estate capital including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, FHA, portfolio lenders and life companies, CMBS lenders (if available), bridge and mezzanine lenders in addition to several large institutional equity providers and small but professional equity funds. One thing that makes d4e unique is that we do our homework upfront instead of trying to play capital providers off each other to determine what terms and capital levels are available. Years of experience have taught us that this does not result in the best terms for our Clients and often just leads to the Borrower being re-traded at the closing table and hard feelings all around. We are very in tune with the secondary market and are regularly apprised of what terms are available directly from the ultimate loan purchasers; consequently, we do not need to play games with originators. We have long standing relationships with our capital providers and they know what we expect and what they can expect from us.
